ANNUAL ROOF MAINTENANCE
Manufacturers recommend your roof to be inspected and serviced annually.
If roof is not serviceable, owner will be made aware immediately.
Clean with specially designed cleaning agents.
Maintenance includes inspection, seal all seams, vents and anything mounted to the roof with up to 4 tubes of Dicor self-leveling sealant.
UV protectant is recommended in some models.
HOT SKIN TEST
Hot skin is where the RV chassis has an electrical short with high voltage, meaning the metal parts of the RV could shock and potentially kill someone.
This occurs when shore power is wired incorrectly or A-C wires in the RV have rubbed through the wires insulation and come in contact with the chassis.
This test requires good shore power.
Technician will connect a ground lead wire to shore power and text every exposed metal contact point within reach from the ground.
In the event more than normal voltage is found, then additional service will be required and brought to the customers attention immediately.
